We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The landscape was beautifully adorned with palm trees and we even had a side view of the sea. The location was perfect, with a great long promenade nearby and shops within close proximity. It was a quiet place, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The pool was very nice, not too big but just the right size for a refreshing dip. The beach was just a 12-15 minute walk away, and although there were some stairs, there was also a pathway for those with wheels. The mattress in the main room was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. We also loved the small garden, where we were able to have a barbecue. The terrace on the second floor provided a beautiful view of the palm trees, and the solarium on the third floor was a great place to relax.

Our stay at Villa Cabo Roig Coco-Mat was absolutely brilliant. The location was perfect, with everything on our doorstep. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away, and there were shops and restaurants across the road. Our hosts, Nady and Lamia, were fantastic and always available to help us with anything we needed. They even arranged our transfers and car hire for us. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation experience.

There was only one bathroom and one cloakroom, which was a bit inconvenient for a larger group. Some kitchen essentials like a toaster, cheese grater, and iron were missing.

The location of the villa is perfect, with the Cabo Roig strip just a 4-minute walk away. This means that shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach are all within easy reach. the peaceful and quiet location of the house ensures a relaxing holiday. the excellent WiFi is also a bonus, allowing guests to stay connected throughout their stay.

The property does not have direct access to the pool from the house, requiring a short walk down the street. This may be slightly inconvenient, especially for families with small children.

Felt lucky, nothing to complain about.

The villa is fitted with 3 cozy bedrooms, perfect for a group of friends or a small family like mine. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals together. The terrace with city views was a great spot for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.

I personally didn't like the fact that the villa only had 1 bathroom. But hey, some people might not mind!

Free WiFi, air conditioning, outdoor pool, and a hot tub - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea and mountain views. The children's playground was also a hit. Cons: Walking a whole 20 seconds to the pool was an unbearable struggle for my small kids.

The service from Nady and Lamia was outstanding, always available and helpful. Loved the close proximity to the beach and Cabo Roig strip. The house was perfect and the WiFi was excellent. The peaceful, quiet location made our holiday perfect. Highly recommended!
